So… What is The LA Artist House?

Think of The LA Artist House as a co‑living home for people who are serious about their goals but still want roommates and community. It’s a big Encino house where you share a room, share space, and share the cost, instead of trying to survive LA rent on your own.

You bring your suitcase and your hustle. We bring the roof, the Wi‑Fi, the pool, and the systems that keep the house running smoothly.

Where you’re living

We’re in a quiet, safe spot in Encino, not in the middle of the chaos but close enough to get everywhere you need. You can walk or drive to stores, gyms, coffee, and grab public transit or hop on the freeway when you need to get across town.

Work, study, create

You’ll find:

• Living rooms with tables where people actually work and study

• A climate‑controlled garage that doubles as an office / studio

• Fast Wi‑Fi that can handle auditions, Zoom calls, and streaming

• Spots to read, write, edit, rehearse, or just plan your next move

If you’re the type who likes to grind quietly and then hang out in the kitchen later, you’ll fit right in.

• A big 4,000 sq ft home with shared spaces

• Pool and outdoor area for when you need a reset

• Full kitchen with labeled space for your food

• Free laundry (1 load per week) 

• Streaming services on shared TVs

• Utilities and Wi‑Fi included in your rent (no surprise bills)

• Coffee & sugar

• Filtered drinking water

Rooms, prices, and the deal

This is dorm‑style co‑living: you share a room.

• Twin memory‑foam bed, furnished shared room

• $800 per month, utilities + Wi‑Fi included

• $400 deposit

• Best for stays of 3–9+ months

• When available: all‑female, all‑male, or co‑ed rooms

It’s not luxury hotel vibes. It’s “this actually makes sense while I build my life in LA” vibes.

The vibe & the rules

The LA Artist House is not where you come to get wasted every night. It’s where you come to sleep, work, reset, and meet other people on a similar path.

• Not a party house

• No drugs, no 420 on the property

• No alcohol on the property except for the rare house event

• Everyone gets a quick orientation so you know how to live here without stepping on toes

• Clean, considerate, grown‑up behavior required

Who you’ll be living with

Most people here are in their 20s–30s:

• Actors in class and on set

• Dancers, musicians, and other performers

• Film, art, and media students

• Nurses, service workers, and remote workers

A lot of them arrived knowing almost no one in LA. They started here, made friends, and moved forward.
